Boil a glass of water and add 1 tsp of fenugreek (methi) and half tsp of cumin (jeera) each. Shimer it for 15 minutes and let it cool for a few minutes. Drink it on an empty stomach twice a day. This can help to improve insulin sensitivity and cure your PCOD faster.

4. Sweet potato

Adding sweet potato to your diet can do wonders and especially for women dealing with PCOD, this ingredient is magical. Sweet Potato helps create progesterone, the hormone responsible for ovulation, regulating mood swings, body hair, acne, and so forth. Having one sweet potato, boiled or raw, can help regulate periods and cure PCOD.
