The amount of water you should drink overall depends upon your day, your physical exertion, and your sweating. But on basis of gender, age, and other few common factors we can average out water intake.

  • Male should have about liters of water every day Why is drinking water so important?
  • Females should have about 2.5 liters every day.

The above-mentioned intake is averaged. If you have more physical activity and more sweating you must drink more water than that. The water amount is not only what you get from drinking water but also from the beverages and juices you drink.
